  Acceptance Definition
Acceptance Any contract you are involved in doesn’t become legally binding until your acceptance of that contract. Acceptance occurs when the offeree of the contract agrees to all of the terms and conditions of that contract. When applying for a mortgage or other loan and when you are buying a home, you are the offeree. When Selling your home, you are the offerer.
