  Advertising Fee Definition
Advertising Fee An advertising fee is a fee that you may be charged by a car dealer when you purchase a vehicle. This fee is used to pay for the dealer’s advertising costs. Since many buyers feel as though these advertising costs should be the dealership’s responsibility, they opt to negotiate in order not to pay this fee.
